While brooch bouquets have gained some popularity over the past few years many brides just don’t want to sacrifice the beauty fresh flowers for an all brooch wedding bouquet. At Nature Nook we help our brides have the best of all worlds with beautiful wedding bouquets made of flowers and brooches that can be created to fit their budget. This gorgeous bouquet is made perfect for a spring wedding starting with some popular spring flowers — white peonies and pink ranunculus. We also added softly colored hydrangea, roses and fragrant stock, then circled it with a contemporary touch of looped grasses.
Nature Nook was showering April wedding flowers all over Cincinnati, OH this past weekend. I love the crisp, clean look of this yellow and white tulip and calla lily bouquet. The lily grass and a few yellow roses add dimension and texture. The addition of rolled tropical leaves around the base frame the beauty of the bouquet. This wedding was at St. Bernard Church and the reception was celebrated at Nathanael Green Lodge in Green Township on Wesselman Rd. This is the perfect place for small to medium size receptions. It’s set back in a pretty wooded area and the coordinators are very nice to work with. I’ve heard they go above and beyond for their brides.
Congratulations to Josh and Andrea as they celebrate their wedding vows tonight! We hope Andrea loved her wedding flowers. She asked for a fragrant bouquet and that’s just what we gave her. The soft white mix of tulips, fragrant freesia and hydrangea combined with the luscious smell of pale pink cottage roses made a bouquet that was literally heaven scent!

The bouquets this past weekend were gorgeous. One of our brides was married at Saint Teresa and celebrated at Receptions in Erlanger. Her tables were decorated with rustic style lanterns that she rented and brought to us for decorating. Lora created an awesome mix of orchids,
Here are a few of our favorite bouquets from our summer line up. Cymbidium and dendrobium orchids have been popular this season. The bouquet featured to the left had a unique design for the Maid of Honor. The bride chose large calla lilies highlighted with a stem of blue orchids for the Bridesmaids. Both of these are shown below.
We also had several brides that wanted the traditional white bouquet for themselves then chose colors for the girls. This “highlights of the summer” gallery shows a variety of bridal bouquets with coordinating bridesmaid bouquets, plus some of the corsages and boutonnieres.
This season many brides are looking for a special way to highlight their bouquets. They’re finding this with the wide variety of jeweled accents or by adding a unique bloom. Here are some great examples of accented bouquets from the Nature Nook portfolio for the first half of 2012.
Congratulations to Julie and Ruel on their wedding this past Saturday. The weather was great and Julie’s mixed tulip bouquet was charming and colorful. Personally I feel that no flower says spring more than the tulip.
We’re sure it was a wonderful time on your BB Riverboat wedding! Their purple and white themed wedding bouquets received compliments from the crew and another young couple touring the boat when we arrived.
I had never been on one of the BB Riverboats before. The decor is very nice and it looks like it would be great fun! Plus, everyone that worked there seemed to be very friendly and helpful. That’s always a big plus.
Sarah chose bridesmaid bouquets similar to her design. They were just a little smaller and didn’t have the white roses that were in her bouquet.
